Although there was a mini-fridge in his room, there was not a stove to cook on. This was okay though, as he could simply go downstairs and use the kitchen. With a big bowl of spaghetti being carried by him, he made his way back up to his room. Normally he did not make meals like this, in fact he usually just ordered pizza or ate dinner with a friend. But tonight Tiana was coming for dinner. Tiana was, to say at the least, his closest friend so far. She had a good sense of humor, responsibility for their playful ‘Awkward Quarter’, and also was a proclaimed chef. He was sure that she was a wonderful cook and was looking forward to having the dessert that she’d bring. He assumed that they had clicked so easily because personality-wise they were alike. Both of them seemed to enjoy just being nice to others.
Tyler was honestly a bit nervous. Not nervous of hanging out with her, but nervous of her reaction to the dinner he prepared. Coming from a girl who loved culinary so much, he wanted a good opinion on it. It wasn’t like him to go out of his way for just anyway to cook well except for his family, but Tiana seemed to be a bit different then just your everyday girl. She was the type he wouldn’t mind being around a lot. Tyler arrived to his room and began to set up a small two-person table; It would do. Pretty soon she’d be arriving so he put some forks down on the table. He also poured some drinks for them. He knew that it’d be fun just hanging out with her.
I’m not doing anything. It seems like fun, let’s do it.
OOC: Want me to start the para?

You make me feel a lot less bad about the odd things about me, since in some odd way you can relate. I no longer feel alone.
Well I’m glad! It’s what friends are for, after all. Do you want to take up that dinner idea tonight?

Awkward smile.
